We invite you to uplift your mind, body, and spirit on a truly unique adventure! Begin each day with energizing yoga to prepare the mind and body for fun-filled days of biking and touring the beautiful vineyards. Stretches and exercises are designed to enhance the biking experience. The yoga sessions will also involve meditation and breathing exercises to ignite the spirit. We'll ease into our evenings with a gentle and meditative yoga session. The yoga is designed for people of all levels including beginners. The bike tour is rated as intermediate-easy level trip. The average daily biking distance is 23miles or about 35-45km. This usually requires 3-5 hours of pedaling per day.
Day 1

Pont du Gard
Meet in Avignon, then take a short drive into the countryside towards the Pont du Gard which leads you to our luxurious Vieux Castillon for 2 nights. Enjoy a welcome toast with the region’s sparkling wine during your bike-fitting, safety talk, and map review. After your long travels, a 2 hour Yoga session will awaken your soul. Tonight our chef will delight you with his creative presentation of true Provençal fare. His stuffed moules are not to be missed!
Day 2

Pont du Gard
Morning Meditaion. Then spin slowly into the scenic villages towards the Roman architectural wonder, the Pont du Gard aqueduct. This feat of engineering genius was built in 19 B.C. to carry water from the nearby town of Uzès to Nimes. Tonight our chef will delight you with his creative presentation of true Provençal fare. Enjoy an energizing yoga class after
your great day of cycling and before dinner join the guides for an exciting game of petanque overlooking the Pont du Gard.
Accomplished: 20.5 miles with a mix of hills and flat spinning. 1h 1/2 hours yoga.
Day 3

Hameau des Baux
Morning yoga. Pass rustic stone churches through rural countryside, crossing the Rhône River. It’s a beautiful climb up to our trademark picnic lunch at the Abbaye de St.-Michel-de-Frigolet. Stop along the way to see craftsmen hand-painting the tiny santons that have been traditional in Provence since the 18th century. The climb up to Les Baux de Provence has the most spectacular views in the region. Natural cliffs and lush greenery lead up to a ruined fortified castle rich in legend. We then ride on to a wine and olive tasting with the charming Valerie and Remy at Château Estoublon. We will relax by the
pool and the grove of olive trees at the Hameau des Baux. Tonight is your choice for dinner; either join us at our local favorite or we can assist you in selecting another venue.
Accomplished: 32.25 miles, through the countryside with climbs to Les Baux. Yoga/Meditation
Day 4

Mausanne
With so many fantastic sights in this area, we have an exciting day ahead. We start with a ride to the amazing ruins of Les Baux de Provence. We continue on, stopping to see the remains of the Roman village at Glanum and Les Antiquities. St.
Remy, the birthplace of Nostradamus and inspiration for artist Van Gogh, is now a shopper’s paradise and a great setting for our café lunch. We will go back to the Hameau for a yoga intensive. Tonight, you will experience a real Provence style
meal in Mausanne.
Accomplished: 22 miles with hills that are rewarded by spectacular views. 2 hours yoga.
Day 5

Eygalieres
Enjoy a hearty breakfast with homemade pain au chocolate, croissants, and beignets. Explore the tiny villages and don’t miss the photo opp overlooking the vineyards, cypress trees and les Alpilles as your backdrop. After our private picnic at the fabulous “Moulin Vignes Vieilles” with locals Jim and Dom, then loop back to Eygalières for a glass of pastis in the town square. Tonight, we splurge with a Provence sampler extravaganza at Michelin-starred dining at Chez Bru in Eygalières.
Accomplished: 25 miles with hills that are rewarded by spectacular views. 1h 1/2 hours yoga
Day 6

Return to USA
Morning Yoga. After breakfast surrounded by olive trees, say goodbye to Provence however you see fit. Take a last loop ride around Eygalières. Sip a café and finish your shopping in the spectacular village. Or we’ll see you off at the train station as you head on to your next destination.
