Characters sharing stories about Christmas hospitality 200 years ago. Your special guided tour of the mansion by candlelight includes the rarely opened third floor where Martha Washington lived after the General’s death. Enjoy complimentary hot cider and cookies by fireside as you listen to colonial music. The evening will conclude with time for holiday shopping and a glimpse of Old Town Alexandria. Tour departs from Union Station. No courtesy hotel pickup. Reservations are required by 5:00 PM the day before the tour. Tour Length – 4 hours.
