Little Bighorn is located in Big Horn County, Montana. Crow Agency, Montana is the Capital city of the Crow Nation, or Crow Tribe of Indians. The town was established after the Crow Indian Agency was relocated to present-day Crow Agency, Montana. The relocation of the Crow Indian Agency happened after the Crow Indian Reservation was reduced in size. The town is the headquarters of the Crow Tribal Administration, Crow Tribal Courts, the Legislature of the Crow Nation, and Bureau of Indian Affairs.
The Annual Crow Fair, which is held every third weekend in August, is held in Crow Agency, Montana. The Crow Fair is known as "The Teepee Capital of the World," by the fact that during celebration as many as 1,500 teepees are seen across the river valley of the Little Big Horn River.
