The Anchor Bar, a warmly understated jazz bar, is the home of the constantly copied Buffalo chicken wings (not considered authentic unless they are accompanied by crisp celery sticks and creamy bleu cheese dressing). The bar draws many famous folks, though some, like Hillary Clinton, order theirs delivered to their planes on stop-overs in Buffalo.
