The Texas Capitol complex is positively majestic. From the lovely pink granite Capitol building, to the grounds replete with lush gardens, smooth statues, and wonderful monuments, the 26-acre complex has it all. Tours every 15 minutes: Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-4:15 p.m.; Sat-Sun, 9:30 a.m. 4:15 p.m. Open Mon-Fri, 7 a.m.-10 p.m.; Sat, Sun, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Closed major holidays.
