In the Herbfarm Perfumery, follow the history of perfume from its ancient beginnings in Egypt through to the present day in this working museum. Visitors can see plants, herbs, essential oils and flowers collected from all over the world. Working stills produce lavender and rose water - some are 100 years old and use the same methods as the ancient Egyptians.
