A close replica of the City Hall in Belfast, Durban City Hall was opened in 1910 and is one of the city’s most impressive buildings. Palms line the street along the building, and the interior walls are lined with portraits of all the city’s mayors. In the same building are the Local History Museum, the Natural Science Museum, and the Durban Art Gallery.
