Near the city center, on the serpentine, narrow road towards Tineghir city, lies this sumptuous residence of the Pacha of Marrakesh. The structure encloses a small village, accessed by a network of alleys and gateways. Having undergone recent restoration efforts, the Kasbah houses the old apartments of the Glaoui, with their well-preserved decorations of painted stuccos and their cedar ceilings.
