Nakamise-dori is the shopping arcade leading to Asakusa Kannon Temple (Sensoji). Restaurants and shops selling all types of souvenirs - ranging from doll-shaped Japanese sponge cakes and homemade rice crackers to folk crafts - line both sides of this 300-meter street. Nakamise-dori is always filled with tourists enjoying a stroll down the street and a look at the interesting items for sale.
