In the city of Hakone, about a 90min commute out of Toky is the Botanical Garden of Wetlands. Admire the diversity of plants found in the Japanese archipelago, all in one place. This botanical garden is the first of its kind, with about 1700 different kinds of plants. Marshy plants growing in marshy regions, alpine plants, and other overseas plants are all part of this botanical garden. As visitors proceed, they can see all kinds of flowers from those, which grow in lower areas to higher areas and from dry areas to marshy areas. Courtesy of the Japan Tourism Board
