This vast complex is an incredible catalogue of the history and accomplishments of mankind. One can literally lose oneself in the over five miles of corridors that comprise this unique series of museums. There are several itineraries that the visitor can choose from (between 90 minutes and five hours) that will cover all of the highlights. Keep an eye out for classic masterpieces such as Raphael’s School of Athens, Rodin’s Thinker, and of course the Sistine Chapel.
