This morning, drive along King’s Highway, which passes through some of Jordan’s loveliest scenery and wealth of historic sites. You will stop in the fascinating town of Madaba to view the gigantic and intricate mosaics. These massive works will amaze you, both with their complexity and their scope. You will then climb up the historical Mount Nebo, legendary home of Moses, where you will take in the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Before heading back to Amman, you will also visit Um Qais, known in antiquity as "Gadara", and Pella.
