High in the hills of the Golan, where the Israeli, Syrian and Jordanian borders meet, lies Hammat Gader. In this large park, there is also an alligator lake, populated by hundreds of alligators brought from Florida. The luxurious Roman baths, the Roman theater, and the synagogue date back to the 6th Century, and have all been restored. Modern facilities have once again turned this beautiful spot into a popular site of recreation and relaxation.
