The Museum of Islamic Art was opened in memory of Prof. L.A. Meir, an important Islamic art and archeology scholar. The museum displays collection of miniatures, arts, tools and weapons from Islamic lands. The miniature artifacts are made from clay, glass, wood, and ivory. There are also examples of fine jewelry, calligraphy and miniatures.
