Corbett National ParkApprox. Time: 8 hours

India's first national park is cradled in the foothills of the Himalayas and spreads over an area of 520 square kilometers, along the banks of the Ramganga River. The lake in the park attracts a large number of species of water birds, both migrant and others, that frequent its waters. The park was named in honor of the late Jim Corbett, the legendary author and photographer who aided in the park's creation.
