Maison de Jeanne d'ArcApprox. Time: 2 hours
Activity Level: Easiest

Orléans has changed considerably over the centuries but we can still observe the sometimes significant remains of the medieval walls. The house of Jacques Boucher, where Joan of Arc stayed was rebuilt in 1961. It is now known as Joan of Arc's house. Temporary exhibitions are on display there (Mediaeval boats, the birth place of Joan of Arc at Domrémy, Excavations of the Cathedral at Orléans) as well as a slide presentation on the life of Joan of Arc and the time she spent in Orléans.
