Two monumental statues of Henri Bouchard frame the entry staircase of the museum of Art. Built in 1907, the current building was to replace the museum located in the old general hospital. The ground floor of the museum contains a large Roman mosaic representing the marriage of Admète. The museum includes Flemish and Dutch paintings, Italian works of the 16th and 17th centuries, and a remarkable collection of works of the 19th-century French.
