Originally constructed in 1096, the Cathedrale Notre-Dame et St-Castor, has been destroyed and rebuilt on numerous occasions. The cathedral's history is immense, Protestants slaughtered eight priests from the neighboring bishop's house, and pictoral representations of the slaughter of Abel and a frightened Noah grace the walls of the grand church.
