Gaston Lenotre holds the rank among pastry chefs that Bach does among classical musicians, so it is an understatement to say that Las Vegas is lucky to have a branch of his Paris pastry shop. This is really sort of a sweet-lover's boutique, but the core attraction remains these gorgeous desserts, perfect little éclairs, fruit tarts that look like they were painted by Cézanne and a terrific array of tiny, intensely delicious chocolates.
