The Palatium boasts a double-line food service center, two carving stations, two dessert islands and two frozen yogurt sundae buffets. It offers separate breakfast, lunch and dinner menus Monday through Friday, with special brunch menus for the weekend and holidays and champagne brunches each Saturday and Sunday. Selected ethnic themes highlight the dinner menu.
