The Ipanema is a classier alternative to the Copacabana. There's some great entertainment and food at this beautiful beach. A trend-setter, Ipanema beach, was the first in Brazil to see a pregnant woman proudly walking in a bikini. The dental floss bikini also made its debut at Ipanema.
