  Travel in Tucuman

Travel in Tucuman In 1816, in this city, Argentina declared its independence. Consequently, many of the sites within it are extremely important historically. The Casa de la Independencia, where the declaration took place, still stands as an excellent example of the Spanish Colonial architecture. The Spanish originally founded the area in 1565, and many buildings from the period still remain. The history of the land, before the Spanish entered, can also be seen in nearby ancient monuments. Today, Tucuman is home to 500,000 people.
