Valle del Encanto, or “enchanting valley.” This idyllic site was home to a hunter-gatherer civilization 4,000 years ago, and to the Molle culture around A.D. 700. Researchers believe it was the Molle culture that marked the valley's landscape with more than 30 petroglyphs and a number of “piedras tacitas,” intriguing indentations in stones.
